I'm so glad to have been referred to Upstate Hearing and Balance by the ENT. From my initial contact with Donna to my recent visit for assessment of my vertigo with Brooke, it has been such a pleasant experience. I wish I would have encountered such a comprehensive audiology practice long ago. I've worn hearing aids for over half of my life and also have dealt with BPPV for the past 20 years or so. This practice is outstanding in every way, being both professionally informative and personally caring. Kudos to you all for the detailed communications through emails and your website.
